On August 17, 2011, I celebrated my Birthday in a Special Education Center. I met Angeline, the 10yo girl with Dyscalculia, a learning disability with math. Honestly, i never encountered one before even in my medical studies. I only read about them in books. One conspicuous feature about her is her diffuculty with 6 and 9. For her, both numbers look the same.Yes, she may have difficulty with numbers, but once you get to know her she can MULTIPLY your joy.
